CRI - Centre de Recherche en Informatique

The Informatics Research Centre, Centre de Recherche en Informatique (CRI), of the French University in Egypt was founded in April 2013 and managed by Professor Abderrahim Benslimane, International Expert at the French Ministry for Foreign affairs and International development.

CRI intends to contribute to the development of the research in informatics, mainly in the fields of science and technology of information and communication, within the university, to ensure the skills development through the promotion of its members and to participate in the expertise in training programs in informatics at the University. All Informatics researchers of the French University in Egypt are members of the CRI.

Objectives


  • To contribute to the development of the research in informatics, mainly in the fields of science and technology of information and communication,

  • To ensure the skills development through the promotion of its members,

  • To participate in the expertise in training programs in informatics at the University and

  • To enhance the collaboration with French Laboratories through:
    • Research projects,

    • Registering PhD students for double degree between 2 universities: Egyptian and French.
